The Outlook add-in makes Outlook metadata removal automatic. Attach your files, write your email and click Send. Draftable Clean will clean Outlook attachments according to your firm's policies. Because it inspects email attachment metadata as you compose, you can send metadata-free attachments with confidence, without opening a separate application or manually scrubbing each file.

Recipient-aware profiles take it further. Internal recipients can get a lighter clean that preserves tracked changes, while external recipients automatically get a full clean. The right level of protection is applied based on who you're emailing and determined by administrators

Seamless integration with your Document Management System

Legal documents live in a DMS, so Draftable Clean connects directly to yours. Load files straight from iManage, NetDocuments or Sharepoint, clean them and save or send.

Save cleaned files where they came from, as a new version or a new file. A new version keeps your document history intact and your matter file exactly where your firm expects it. A new file leaves the original untouched and files the clean copy alongside it. Either way, the document never needs to sit on your desktop in between.

Cleaning profiles let you match the tool to your firm's standards. Use the built-in profiles for common scenarios or build your own to decide exactly which metadata is removed, preserved or replaced. Administrators can enforce firm-wide baselines, so sensitive metadata is always removed, no matter who is sending the document.
