Yes, you can use Draftable Clean as a desktop app and a Microsoft Outlook add-in. Draftable Clean is not currently supported on Mac.
Draftable Clean integrates directly into Outlook via a lightweight add-in. When you attach files to an email, Draftable Clean automatically detects them and applies the right cleaning profile based on your configured preferences. You can also rename or reorder attachments without leaving Outlook. In most cases, it all happens at the point of sending, with no extra steps required.
Open Draftable Clean, drag and drop your files or pull them directly from your DMS, choose a cleaning profile, click Clean, then save or share the cleaned version.
