Draftable offers a free online comparison tool on our website. No account, no installation. Because it runs in your web browser the files you compare are uploaded to us so that we can perform the comparison.
Where your documents are processed
Your documents are processed in our cloud infrastructure hosted by Amazon Web Services; the same environment which operates our other cloud services.
How your data is protected
Your data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or 1.3, and encrypted at rest with AES-256, under the same security program as the rest of the Draftable product family.
How long we keep it
Draftable’s free comparison tool does not require an account, so there is no login for you to sign-in to and clear your history. A comparison stays with us until you ask us to delete it.
You can request deletion at any time by sending the comparison URL to support@draftable.com. Once processed, the data is immediately inaccessible, and any copy in encrypted backups ages out within 30 days.

Draftable’s free comparison tool is built for quick, ad-hoc comparisons. Two things are worth understanding before you put sensitive material through it.
There is no agreement between us. Draftable’s free comparison tool is free and requires no account, which means there is no contract, no Data Processing Agreement, no service level commitment, and no negotiated retention arrangement. Your use is governed by our website terms and privacy policy rather than an agreement specific to your organisation.

Our paid products are designed for organisations that must satisfy stringent security requirements. The certifications and cryptography standards described cover all Draftable products and services. What changes when you move to a paid product is architecture, contract, and control:
